For a variety of mineral exploration projects, the client required a core drilling machine with a drilling capacity of more than 1000 metres.
Solution
A team of designers and engineers worked together to design a new drilling model. Following the design approval, the team produced a prototype, tested it, and checked its quality in accordance with the client's demands.
The machine is a hydrostatic drilling rig with a 3-meter stroke, 6-meter pull, high speed & torque. It outperformed the productivity and efficiency benchmarks, resulting in repeat orders.
